Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

cccandles.net offers the following shipping options, which may vary by item and stock availability:

1. Most items are made to order and are shipped within 7-10 business days
2. In stock items will ship within 2-5 business days

Items are shipped using USPS. Most orders over $35 are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and will arrive within 2-3 business days once shipped.

We are happy to expedite your orders (Additional fees will apply)

For shipped orders that are lost or stolen, a claim must be filed with USPS.  We will do our best to assist you where we are able.

Pick Up Policy:

Purchases may be picked up 6-8 days after order is received.

In stock items may be picked up the next day.
